The Empire
SPAWKEN Empire has been in existence for years. This entity was given the name
“SPAWKEN” by Phil Spawken and Banga, the two creators of what was once known as
SPK. SPAWKEN, which is an acronym standing for Strong Powerful And Wise Kings
Emerging Non-stop, first began as a teenage fantasy, but has now developed into an
adult reality.

As long as Phil and Banga could speak, they were rhyming and their lyrical skills
continually elevated throughout the years. Rhymes turned into songs, and the innovative
beats and production mastery has not ceased since. They continue to challenge and
ultimately impress the best lyricists around. It is only a matter of time and exposure
before their tunes are widely heard on the radio airwaves.

Legacy, the Lovely Elegant Graceful And Charismatic Youth, and younger sister of Phil
Spawken, joined the duo as an add-lib singer. She first sang background vocals on the
official SPAWKEN Anthem, “Only SPAWKEN”, but soon developed into her own niche.
As a piano composer since the age of 6, Legacy honed her piano skills until the age of
12, when she began focusing on making complete songs. She has now bloomed into a
creative, versatile vocalist and composer.

Prime Dungy, is another member of the SPAWKEN, who shortly came to be an intricate
part of the family. In his music Prime demonstrates the utmost level of individuality,
uniqueness and maturity. As a dedicated father and excellent support, he continues to
bless The Empire name on a consistent basis.

Each member of The Empire adds a great deal to its success. The combination of
personality and skill of each individual unit makes the SPAWKEN team an unstoppable
whole. It is our goal to demonstrate the same effectiveness in our music as we do in our
business and personal lives, whereby allowing our audiences to see a deeper side to
music and a broader view of life.
